SCHOOL PHILOSOPHY
The CVU soccer program has prided itself in creating quality players and individuals. We would now like to extend the program's reach in an effort to promote soccer in the community. It is our belief that the most important aspect of soccer school should be teaching a love for the game of soccer that can accompany learning the skills and tactics that are an essential part of becoming a complete player.
Soccer is a player's game and the game is the best teacher. We will strive to promote individual skills and tactics, while stressing teamwork. This will be done through small-sided and full-sided games, along with game type sessions teaching particular skills and techniques. We want every player to be active and have a ball at his/her foot as often as possible.
